Tunes and Spoons
Helt was a proud sponsor of the very first Tunes & Spoons Chili Cook-Off & Music Festival. All weekend long for sizzling chili competitions, unforgettable live music, a classic car show, fun for the whole family, and so much more. All for the benefit of those still struggling to make it after the tornado. Tito Jackson had a great love for his adopted home town and Claremore loved him. When he saw the damage the tornado had done, he wanted to help and though he did not live to see the fruits of his heartfelt labor, his legacy continued raising money for his neighbors. When the team came to Helt for support, there was no question. No hesitation. Diamond Rio and George Thurogood & The Destroyers as well as Jake Tankersley all signed up to be a part of the great efforts Tito had spearheaded. And Helt continues to support the efforts of the late great Tito Jackson having already committed to being a part of helping the community once again next year.

Education is exceedingly important to the Helts. With Teachers on both sides of the family, they know the value of a great teacher and the impact they can have on our children. So providing them with everything they can has always been at the heart of what makes Helt what it is.
To ensure that the future of their community is as bright as possible, Helt ha sponsorships at local school districts helping to bring in much needed extra funds to ensure that the children have the best possible start. From athletic sponsorships to supply drives to annual carnival purchases from every grade, Helt is there to help the schools wherever possible.
Masons of the Will Rogers Lodge
When a local family lost everything in a fire that claimed their home but thankfully left the family themselves unharmed, the Helts didn’t stand idly by. Steven, as a member of the Will Rogers Lodge in Claremore, petitioned the lodge to get to work. As their charter holds, the Will Rogers Lodge is here to help preserve the community and help to make the men of the area into the best versions of themselves. To that end, the men of the lodge put great emphasis on helping their community. So Steven didn’t bat an eye. He simply rallied the troops and worked with the Claremore Rainbow, The Holland DeMolay, the Eastern Star and over a dozen companies in and around Claremore, including using his own company resources to help. Through the work of the men and women at the lodge, they gathered over 45 silent auction items, smoked 16 pork butts, make 40 pounds of macaroni and cheese, 40 pounds of BBQ beans and even managed to get Sequoyah High School to allow them to host a benefit at the cafeteria where the Bison performed. The efforts raised over $17,000 of the family including thousands from the lodge itself.
For the Helts, its not about going it alone, its about community and family and knowing they have your back when you need it the most.

Tornado Relief
When a tornado ravaged the small town of Claremore in the spring of 2024, the community came together to support each other. Homes were destroyed and tens of thousands were left with no power or water for days. The entire community came together to help each other through the disaster. The Helt family, employees and owners alike, put in long hours helping the community to weather the storm. As the city and surrounding communities began the work of digging out from under the debris, Helt was one of those there to lend a helping hand. When the church came to them with the request to help feed those with no power and nothing left in the wake of the storm, Steven and Gina took up the call without question or delay. Organizations from across the area donated food and supplies. One such organization provided the meat that allowed Steven and Gina to smoke and pull over 150 lbs of pork to ensure no one went hungry. Together they donated water and other supplies to help their neighbors in the community. Once power was restored, they worked tireless hours to get the air conditioning systems back up and running to cool the seniors and our most vulnerable.
